PCC - The road to successful innovation

Innovation is a must process for any company. It provides organizations with: Sustainable advantage, Differentiation, Pricing power and revenue. So how does a company create a long lasting successful innovation process with tangible & intangible outcomes? In this lecture, I will discuss the basic ground rules on how to institutionalize an innovation process as part of a company's day to day conduct.



Innovation barriers & how to solve them



The word innovation has a certain glow around it, everybody knows that it is one of the key elements to drive your company to success, and the general notion is that once you establish the process, everyone will join in and contribute...Really?. In this lecture I'll discuss common innovation and innovation process barriers and the way to deal with them.

Systematic innovation

The workshope focuses on teaching a set of systematic thinking tools and developing new products and/or processes with them. The purpose of this workshop is to provide the company's employees with a set of skills required to think innovativly. During the workshop we will practice these tools and develop innovational ideas for the product/process selected.



The workshop includes:

  • Thinking patterns - Identification and analysis.
  • Using constraints as a key principlein the innovation process.
  • The "Immediate world" principle.
  • Thinking tools (Based on TRIZ method).

My brainstormig technique teaches how to use the group collaboration and synargy within this creative process in order to build an idea tank for new products/process ar for solving any challange the company/group encounters.
